This is an action for divorce in which Cora v. Butler charged her husband, Fred H. Butler, with cruel and inhuman treatment and sought a decree of divorce. After hearing testimony from the plaintiff and the defendant, the trial court found that Mrs. Butler was entitled to a divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and thereupon granted her an absolute divorce. The trial court also awarded Mrs. Butler $500 in attorneys fees but refused to grant her request for alimony.
