Robert Burnside appeals from an Industrial Commission decision finding him ineligible to receive unemployment benefits from October 14, 1984, through January 5, 1985; January 13, 1985, through February 3, 1985; and February 10, through March 16, 1985. Burnside also appeals the commissions decision finding that the requirement to repay benefits already received should not be waived. Finding no error of law in the commissions proceedings, and finding their decision supported by substantial competent evidence, we affirm.
